Itinerary
Step into the mystical Land of the Thunder Dragon! After arriving in Siliguri, journey to Phuentsholing, where your adventure begins. Once you’ve checked in, take the day to discover this charming town at your own pace. Marvel at the majestic Bhutan Gate, find serenity at the Zangto Pelri shrine, and soak in breathtaking views from Karbandi Monastery. End your day with a relaxing evening at your hotel, preparing for the wonders that lie ahead.
After a hearty breakfast, set off on a picturesque journey to Thimphu. Along the way, marvel at cascading waterfalls and catch a glimpse of the impressive Chhukha Dam from afar. Pause at Chuzom, where the Thimphu River (Wong Chu) gracefully meets the Paro River (Pa Chu). Arrive in Thimphu, check into your hotel, and settle in for a restful overnight stay in Bhutan’s vibrant capital.
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a captivating tour of Thimphu. Start with a visit to the Memorial Chorten, a revered stupa dedicated to Bhutan’s third king. Next, head to Sangaygang View Point (BBS Tower) for breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Continue to Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) to marvel at the giant Buddha statue overlooking the valley. Explore the Institute for Zorig Chusum, where traditional Bhutanese arts and crafts are taught (please note it’s closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during summer and winter vacations). Visit the Textiles Museum to see Bhutan’s rich textile heritage, and experience the vibrant displays at Simply Bhutan (closed on national holidays). Conclude your day with a visit to the Motithang Takin Preservation Centre (closed on Mondays) to see the unique national animal of Bhutan. Return to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and drive from Thimphu to Paro. En route, stop at the picturesque Dochu-La Pass (3080 meters/10102 feet) for stunning mountain views. Upon reaching Paro, visit the Ta Dzong (National Museum, closed on national holidays), explore the impressive Rinpung Dzong, and pay your respects at Kyichu Lhakhang. Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Begin your day early with a rewarding hike to Taktsang Lhakhang, famously known as Tiger’s Nest Monastery. This uphill trek, taking around 2 to 3 hours one way, meanders through scenic pine forests and offers stunning views. In the afternoon, enjoy some leisure time or explore the local market for souvenirs. Return to your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
Start your day with breakfast in Paro, then check out of your hotel and begin your journey to Phuentsholing. Enjoy a scenic drive through Bhutan's picturesque landscapes, which takes approximately 5 hours covering a distance of 160 kilometers. Upon reaching Phuentsholing, take a brief respite before continuing your journey. From Phuentsholing, proceed to NJP Station or Bagdogra Airport. This drive will take around 4 hours, covering a distance of 165 kilometers. Arrive at your departure point, concluding your memorable Bhutan tour. Safe travels!

Confirmation Policy
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Final confirmation is issued after full payment is received, typically 7 days before departure. Ensure all details are correct and provide required documents to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations more than 45 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel between 44 and 31 days before departure, a 25% fee applies. Cancellations 30 to 15 days before departure incur a 50% fee, while those made 14 to 8 days before departure will incur a 75% fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of departure.
Refund Policy
To cancel your booking, please note that booking fees are non-refundable. For cancellations made 45 days or more before departure, you will receive a full refund minus the booking fees. Cancellations made between 44 and 31 days before departure are eligible for a 75% refund. If you cancel 30 to 15 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 to 8 days before departure will receive a 25% refund. Unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations within 7 days of departure.
