Final confirmation is issued after full payment is received, typically 7 days before departure. Ensure all details are correct and provide required documents to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations more than 45 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel between 44 and 31 days before departure, a 25% fee applies. Cancellations 30 to 15 days before departure incur a 50% fee, while those made 14 to 8 days before departure will incur a 75% fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 7 days of departure.
Refund Policy
To cancel your booking, please note that booking fees are non-refundable. For cancellations made 45 days or more before departure, you will receive a full refund minus the booking fees. Cancellations made between 44 and 31 days before departure are eligible for a 75% refund. If you cancel 30 to 15 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund.
